Holt Hotel
Located on the edge of the Cotswolds the Holt Hotel is steeped in history. Founded in 1475 as a coaching inn the hotel has a renowned history for the 17th century ‘Highwayman’ Claude Duval who was well known at the time for robbing passing stagecoaches. With 87 bedrooms and a historical background the hotel is popular for weddings.
T F installations Ltd have worked with and serviced the Fire Safety systems at the hotel for many years. After an extensive renovation to the building we were part of the project to upgrade part of the fire alarm system that had become redundant. We aided the Hotel in the design of the new system to integrate into the current EMS Wireless detection system that they have in part of the Hotel.
Following acceptance of our proposal a new fire alarm panel was installed and linked with the current EMS wireless panel. The fire alarm detection and required RCC’s were installed over a 5 day period ensuring minimal disruption to the hotel staff and guests.
Following completion we commissioned the system, issues new up to date drawings with the new detection mapped and new zone charts issued for the hotel to display by the fire alarm panels.
We continue to service and maintain the fire alarm system, emergency lighting system and fire extinguishers at the hotel and are always on hand for any issues or new projects that the Holt Hotel require.
